National Ranking Series Registration

The personal data you provide in this form will be used as follows:

1. To enable us to keep a record of who has entered the Race Series and to allocate points appropriately
2. To allow us to draw up and publish a list of Race Series entrants and subsequent results. The following data may be published - name, surname, gender, age , race times and positions.
3. To communicate with you about the Race Series

We request you provide your post code, house number and phone number to enable us cross check Race Series entries and individual event entries, and to contact you case of a query regarding your entry.

We will not share your data with any third parties.

Terms and conditions

1. Registration for the H2Open National Open Water Ranking Series does not include entry in any of the series events. You must enter those separately.

2. We will endeavour to publish results and updated rankings on our website as soon as possible after each event. Official race results will be published by the individual race organisers. If you notice any discrepancies between the two, please bring them to our attention.

3. H2Open Magazine is not organising any races and therefore cannot be held responsible for any changes or cancellations.

4. Swimmers must abide by the rules and terms and conditions of the race organisers for each event they enter.
